With this update, now you’ll know more about your leads automatically. Within the lead profile, you’ll be able to see:
- Location: City & Country
- Language: Browser language settings
- Device: Device & Operating System (OS)
👀 Recent Page Views
Curious to know what pages did your lead visit and which one drove them to start the conversation? Now we automatically track all the pages visited by your lead and present it in a simple and beautiful timeline.
🌱 Conversation Enhancements
Now every new conversation that’s started with your AI assistant creates an anonymous lead profile in Frontline. If Lead Capture is switched on and the assistant captures the lead details, the profile will be automatically updated with the lead’s data.
